VISUAL RADIO PROGRAM : MEET THE LANGKAWI TAXY DRIVERS

Fuh~ It's a two-in-one sigh... One is because I'm comfortably at home, on this beautiful cool Sunday and other one is for being full. Haih... Had Indian Chicken Curry with Tofu Sambal and Teh Ais... So shiok!

Anyway, earlier, we (as in most of LFM staff) were at the Taxy Stand in Kuah for the monthly visual radio program... At 11am. At the Taxy stand. Ahem, 11am, taxy stand, under a canopy tent? Getttit? No? Ok... Moving on...

I used to be "chaffeured" here and there around the island before I got my first car and in my personal experience with the taxy drivers in Langkawi, they are friendly and punctual. This is because I always call them to pick me up and being a person who is almost always fashionably late, most of the time, the driver will end up waiting for me... Hehehe...

Anyway, a few of them (most, if not all of them are friendly people), remembered me and actually came up to me and chatted so basically it was fun actually to be among the taxy drivers.

If you have the chance to strike a conversation while riding a cab, please do so.

Just a friendly reminder to the guests taking this service, remember that taxis on the island do not have meters, and you should settle the fare with the cab driver before you get in.
