Parmesan Cheese and Garlic Fritata... Pergh...

No pulut durian, no outing on this beautiful Thursday... Malas pulak nak keluar...

I'm staying at home and cleaning up my apartment...

Raided the fridge just now...

Made Parmesan Cheese + Garlic Fritata...

Wei, I make killer Caramel Custard with Peaches, I also make killer Chawan Mushi... No need spending too much eating at a certain Japanese restaurant too often...

Was actually craving for Japanese Egg Custard - Chawan Mushi... But I forgot to buy those lidded cup... And I dont have chicken meat,crab meat and chinese celery... And mushroom and prawn... Basically I have egg, chicken stock cubes and half a packet of frozen veges... And a few kilos of parmesan cheese courtesy of my friend who is the manager of Bread Story (she is hell-bent to sabo my diet)... hahaha...

No sweat... Chawan Mushi turned out to be superb as fritata topped with (lots of) garlic and parmesan... Huhu... Life is good!
