Therapy... Home-Cookin

I think this latest craze of smoking my kitchen (translation- bagi dapoq wa berasap la) rose because of my tendency of using a knife to chop stuff, I think rather than cutting myself to see how much blood I can bleed or how long does a wound took to dry up, I'm cooking again...

Todays' menu is Makaroni Bakaq!!! Been craving for this for several years now...

Finally, yesterday I dragged myself to the supermarket with a list (in my handphone la) of things to buy and voila~ Dinner (well actually, breakfast+lunch+dinner) was served earlier tonight... Hehehehe...


This made my whole apartment smelled like some Italiano kitchen!

My mom said "A good Makaroni Bakaq is slice-able without crumbling"... So it's a good one here, tastes as good as it looks.

MAKARONI BAKAQ


Bahan-bahan
2 cawan macaroni - direbus sehingga lembut dan tos kan
1 /2 cawan mushroom butang dipotong nipis
1 cawan daging dipotong halus (I used burger pattes' - easier!)
1/2 cawan bawang besar didadukan
1 biji bawang putih- dicincang
1 /2 cawan carrot dipotong dadu
1 cawan campuran daun bawang dan daun sup
1 cawan susu segar
5 biji telur grade A /kalau telur kecil guna 6-7 biji
Garam secukupnya
Sedikit lada
Cheese jika suka (Sukeeee!!!! I used parmessan cheese)

Cara Membuatnya
1. Tumis bawang besar dan bawang putih sampai wangi jangan sampai garing.
2. Masukkan daging kacau. Masukkan garam dan sedikit air. Kacau, bila daging dah empuk masukkan carrot. Masukkan cendawan dan lada. Kacau sampai air kering. Angkat
3. Didalam bekas lain, kacau telur biar kembang sedikit.
4. Masukkan bahan yang dimasak tadi , daun bawang dan daun sup serta susu dan kacau rata.
5. Masukkan dalam tin pembakar dan bakar sampai setengah masak.
6. Keluarkan dan tabur dengan cheese.
7. Bakar semula sehingga masak.

Tips :-
Panas kan tin pembakar. Letakkan satu sudu makan butter/minyak. Bila Panas percik dengan air dan tutup api. Tuangkan adunan ketika tin masih panas. Kemudian baru bakar. Ini boleh mengelakkan macaroni melekit dalam acuan bila hendak memotong.
